I was part of a program at UCSB called Bio-Mentors, where I tutored students in general biology and organic chemistry. I was also a tutor in high school for reading, writing, and science courses. I found tremendous value in getting one on one help in high school and in college, and for this reason, I want to continue to work as a tutor. Hobbies

I was born and raised in Vista before going off to Santa Barbara for college. I grew up surfing, playing sports, and exploring nature, and continue to pursue these hobbies today. I have a passion for learning and teaching others what I've learned. I have aspired to become a physician since I was in high school and now while I am waiting to get into medical school I want to share my knowledge with younger people that may be struggling in school, or just want a leg up on their competition.
